Send Resume:
                      Resume Mail is composed automatically, of 
                        the selected Consultants.  The Resume EMail is composed 
                        with all the required information, which can be modified 
                        before sending the mail.  Resume Mail can be sent 
                        to a Contact or a Consultant.  Resume file (Word 
                        document) will be automatically attached.
                      Sending Resume to a Contact  
                      
 
                        
                          - Click Contacts on the Folder 
                            List to open Contacts.
 
                          - If the Contact is not visible, search 
                            the Contact.
 
                          - Right click the Contact you want to send the resume, 
                            and then click EMail Resume on the shortcut 
                            menu to show Resume 
                            EMail Window.
 
                          - Open the dropdown list of the Styles Button 
                            and select the desired style.
 
                          - Select the Consultant(s) in the Consultant 
                            List (Turn the check on).
 
                          - Open the dropdown list of Send Details Button 
                            
 and select 
                            the desired Resume Mail content. 
                          - Click Send button, to queue your Resume Mail 
                            into Outbox Folder.  
 
                        
                       
                      Sending Resume to a Consultant  
                      
 
                        
                          - Click Consultants on the Folder 
                            List to open Consultants.
 
                          - If the Consultant is not visible, search 
                            the Consultant.
 
                          - Right click the Consultant you want to send the 
                            resume, and then click EMail Resume on the 
                            shortcut menu to show Resume 
                            EMail Window.
 
                          - Open the dropdown list of the Styles Button 
                            and select the desired style.
 
                          - Select the Consultant(s) in the Consultant 
                            List (Turn the check on).
 
                          - Open the dropdown list of Send Details Button 
                            
 and select 
                            the desired Resume Mail content. 
                          - Click Send button, to queue your Resume Mail 
                            into Outbox Folder.  
 
                        
                       
                      Note: Styles are based on XML/XSL.  
                        You can create new styles and/or customize existing 
                        styles to suit your needs.  Since this is
