The application is composed of two modules, cBizOne and cBizBar.  The overall functionality of each one is explained below.  The Quick Start Tutorial will NOT cover some of the Advanced features.

cBizOne:

  • Manages Companies, Contacts, Consultants, Requirements and all outgoing mails.

  • Boolean search (all words or any words) of Resumes and Other documents.  Highlights all the search words in the Resumes/Documents.
  • Attach Notes/Documents to Companies, Contacts, Consultants, Requirements.
  • Automatically track Consultant submittals, Placements, etc.
  • Automatically generate hotlists/reqlists of Consultants/Requirements.
  • Automatically compose and send all outgoing EMails (plain mails, hotlists, resume mails, reqlists).  Send either personalized or 'bulk' mail to all or only to the given categories.
  • HTML EMails are based on XML/XSL, which are completely customizable.
  • Four outgoing mail queues: send multiple mails simultaneously while receiving incoming mail.

cBizBar: (Outlook Tool Bar Add-in)

  • Manages and processes all the incoming mails (in MS Outlook).
  • Extract and add thousands of contacts to cBizOne from incoming mails.
  • Add consultants from Resume Attachments and Web-Form responses.
  • Remove a contact with couple clicks on the 'remove' mail.
  • Bounce wizard - remove the contacts whose mails bounce repeatedly.
  • Duplicate mail wizard - automatically mark/move duplicate mails.
  • Auto compose and reply to the incoming mails with a few clicks.
  • Attach private notes to any incoming mail.
