Phone Dialer:

Using the cBizOne’s Auto Phone Dialer you can perform hands free dialing to a specified telephone number. To use this feature, you must have a modem installed in your PC and set up the windows phone dialer to configure all the dialing properties.

To dial a Phone number

• In the list view click on the button right next to phone number to dial automatically.
• Open any entity window and click on any of the phone fields link to dial automatically.
• Click on the dropdown of Dial button on the main tool bar and select the phone number to dial automatically.

Once the dialer window comes up you can pick up the phone or click HangUp on the Dialer Window to close the connection. To Re dial click on the Dial button.

You can set the Modem properties and TAPI properties by clicking on the Options on the dialer window.
