                       Attaching Incoming Emails to an Entity:You 
                        can attach any incoming Emails to any Entity (Companies, 
                        Contacts, Requirements, Consultants). To attach an Email 
                        to a Contact: 
                        
                          - Select the EMail, and then click Link Mail To 
                            Button (cBizbar) 
                            and then select Link Mail To Contact.
 
                             
                           
                          - A window 
                            opens up, search and select the desired Contact 
                            and click OK.
 
                             
                             
                          - You can view the attached Email in History X-Tabs of Contacts.
 
                             
                             
                          - To see the contents of the attached Email, 
                            right click on the item in X-Tabs and click Open.
 
                         
                        Note: You can even delete the email from outlook 
                        after linking the Email to the company/ Contact/ Consultant/ 
                        Requirement. It will still show the body contents of the 
                        email in an HTML page.
