Adding Email Addresses which are in 'To'
and 'CC' (i.e. Recipients) to cBizOne Contacts:
Many times you will be receiving mails with
thousands of Email addresses from your competition's
address book. You can add these Contacts with couple
of clicks. A Contact will be added only if the Contact
is not already in the cBizOne's database. That means
the Contact will NOT be added, if the Contact has been
archived in the past or the Contact is currently active.
- Select the EMail, and then click Tools Button
(cBizbar) and then
select Add Recipients to Contacts.
- Read the Status Bar message, which shows the result.
Note: If you are adding thousands,
this operation may a take a long time (roughly 10 minutes
per thousand).
